Perhaps it’s the leader who has transformed the way her team works. The mentor who has helped others build their careers. The innovator who has found a new approach to an industry challenge. Or the woman whose work continues to make a positive difference to clients, colleagues and the wider community.
Mortgage Introducer’s Elite Women celebrates the exceptional women whose influence reaches beyond their day-to-day roles and whose achievements are making a lasting mark on the industry.
We’re looking for women who have gone above and beyond over the past 12 months, whether through their leadership, innovation, support of others or contribution to the UK mortgage industry.
If an outstanding woman comes to mind, this is your chance to put her in the spotlight. Self-nominations are also welcome.

The Elite Women 2027 winners will be announced on the website in March, in celebration of International Women’s Day.
