He takes responsibility for franchise development across many key UK locations, including MF’s regional branches in Macclesfield, Telford, Swindon, Bournemouth and in Derby. Neil lives in Stoke-on-Trent.

Neil became an IFA in the early 1990’s and developed Profile into a New Build mortgage specialist working with a number of major housebuilders across the UK.

Neil sold his business to MPI in 1998 and became the merged business’s National Sales Manager until 2000. He was appointed by Westbury plc as Sales Director of its IFA mortgage broker Incresco, where Neil built and developed its national sales team which serviced new homes developments across the country.

Neil is married with two young daughters. He graduated with a First Class Honours degree, holds the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP), and is FPC qualified.

Mortgageforce Chief Executive, ROBERT CLIFFORD, commented “We’re delighted to welcome Neil to our team, particularly as we’re at an exciting point in our plan - having been recognised as ‘Mortgage Strategist of the Year’ and recently exceeding our target of 100 outlets across the UK. Neil’s extensive experience of self-employment, direct sales and sales management will add enormous value to our franchisees’ businesses, as well as to our central strategic strength.”
