Key launches referral proposition

Key has, for a considerable number of years, handled referrals from individuals, firms and networks as well as many other leading organisations including building societies. But, having carried out extensive research of the experiences of these groups and organizations, Key tasked itself with redefining how the ideal service should delivered.

Key also looked to streamline the referral process further through the development of new microsites which take the branding from their partners which include Thinc Group, Intrinsic and Mortgage Support Network, to name but a few. This has helped integrate the service within third party business structures alongside their core sites to add greater focus and ease of use.

One development is the ability to segment payments to organisations so that payments, both to a network or organisation, can be made at same time as the originating individual or firm. This will speed up payment to all parties in the referral chain so no network member will have to wait for payments from their network.
