Kensington Mortgages hires new BDM for the East

Specialist lender Kensington Mortgages has recruited James Burwood (pictured) as its new business development manager (BDM) for the East region.

Burwood joins Kensington from NatWest, where he also worked as a BDM for over six years. During his time at NatWest, he obtained his CeMap qualification from The London Institute of Banking & Finance.

He will replace Andrew Heath and will be responsible for Kensington’s business in East England, covering Cambridge, Chelmsford, Colchester, Ilford, Ipswich, Norwich, Romford, and Southend-on Sea.

Burwood said he was looking forward to stepping into specialist lending and join Kensington’s “dynamic business.”
