Insurance and structured finance advice firm J3 Advisory has advised on latent defects insurance for £26m of new residential development projects from Skillcrown Homes and Epicho Homes.

 

J3 was commissioned to arrange latent defect insurance on a collection of development projects, which will deliver affordable flats, shared ownership apartments and luxury homes.

The projects include a six-storey building with 22 shared ownership apartments and commercial space on the ground floor which is being constructed on behalf of housing association, PA Housing.

The second scheme comprises nine luxury homes in a gated residential development in Westerham, including three bungalows and six detached houses.
