Conveyancing Association announces new affiliate member

The Conveyancing Association (CA) has announced Post Partner as its latest affiliate member.

Post Partner offers a range of document management solutions focused on reducing fee-earner admin, and ensures documents are placed in the correct location within the firm’s CMS and are named correctly.

Post Partner said that currently, less than 1% of conveyancing firms claimed to have their inbound documents fully allocated and indexed correctly.

“The advent of AI makes it more important than ever for firms to have all inbound documents properly Allocated and Indexed or A&I,” commented Tom Bailey, managing director at Post Partner. “Only a tiny fraction of firms currently achieve this. Our ‘A&I’ solution enables vast efficiencies in fee-earning teams, improved accuracy, and the automated movement of data that has long been on the ‘wish list’ of innovative firms but can now be a reality.

“We are delighted to join the CA family. We look forward to joining forces with the other fantastic suppliers to ensure CA law firm members are in the best possible shape for the future.”

The CA – a trade body for the conveyancing industry – works with a growing number of affiliate members, offering the opportunity for engagement with its member firms through events and meetings, the provision of special offers, branding on promotional material, and advertising through newsletters and merchandising material.

Post Partner will be taking part in future CA events throughout 2023 and 2024, and it will be attending the CA’s 2024 annual conference, which will be taking place in February in Manchester.

“We are very pleased to welcome Post Partner as the CA’s newest affiliate member and are looking forward to working with them, introducing the firm to our members, and seeing them take a full part in the association’s events and next year’s conference,” said Nicky Heathcote, non-executive chair of the Conveyancing Association.

“Becoming an affiliate member shows the importance stakeholders place open the conveyancing sector and the CA’s place within it, and all our affiliates provide insight and resource which help us drive our workstreams and objectives. We’re sure Post Partner will be a key affiliate member within the association for many years to come.”
