The discounted remortgage product is available for three years from completion currently at 1.95% after the discount.
The residential mortgage is available onrepaymentbasis only at up to 75% loan to value and has no arrangement fees. Thesociety also offers up to 10% penalty-free capital overpayment each year and tapered early repayment charge.
The Society's currentstandardvariablerate is 3.2%.
