OSB Group appoints new InterBay board member

The OSB Group has announced the appointment of Adrian Moloney (pictured) to the board of InterBay, its specialist commercial and semi-commercial lender.

Moloney joined the OSB Group in December 2015, taking on the role of group sales director in 2020. He became group intermediary director at the beginning of 2022, unifying the intermediary sales leadership which brought together Precise Mortgages, Kent Reliance for Intermediaries, and InterBay.

The group recently made key personnel changes to bolster its support and services to intermediary broker partners across its three firms. It also recently announced the appointment of a new group customer and Consumer Duty director.

“I am delighted that Adrian has been appointed to this important role,” Jon Hall, group managing director for mortgages and savings at the OSB Group, said. “InterBay is a very strong business for OSB Group with an impressive reputation.

“Adrian’s drive and experience will help him lead InterBay’s future development and cement its position as a trusted specialist lender in the commercial and semi-commercial sector.”

Commenting on his appointment, Moloney said he was honoured to be joining the InterBay board.

“I am looking forward to developing and enhancing the end-to-end InterBay customer experience for brokers and their clients,” he added.

“Growing my relationships with InterBay intermediaries will be central to my role with the board, and I’ll be spending time listening to the particular needs of borrowers and intermediary partners in the commercial and semi-commercial market sub sectors to establish how best to support these areas.”
