OSB Group makes key personnel changes

New senior sales structure is designed to offer further support to intermediary broker partners

OSB Group makes key personnel changes

OSB Group, the specialist savings and lending bank, has initiated key personnel changes to bolster its support and services to intermediary broker partners across Precise Mortgages, Kent Reliance for Intermediaries, and InterBay.

The changes include the promotion of Simon Cockerill (pictured right) to group head of intermediary sales, Emily Hollands (pictured centre) expanding her role as group head of distribution, and Marc Callaghan retaining his position as head of specialist finance, with a specific focus on InterBay and bridging. All three roles will report directly to Adrian Moloney (pictured left), group intermediary director.

Four additional key partner roles have also been created, reporting to Hollands, focusing on the distribution channels at management level, encompassing networks, clubs, specialist distributors, and key firms. Hollands will also oversee the high-net-worth and retention teams.

Furthermore, to streamline operations, Precise Mortgages and Kent Reliance for Intermediaries’ field and office-based business development managers will now report to Cockerill.

The specialist finance team, led by Callaghan, will directly report to Moloney, with a specific focus on bridging and commercial sectors between Precise and InterBay.

“Precise Mortgages, Kent Reliance for Intermediaries, and InterBay all play a particularly important part in the specialist mortgage market,” Moloney commented. “Equally, with their knowledge and expertise, Simon, Emily, and Marc will be pivotal in using their expertise to help support their teams in bringing the best of their knowledge and experience to our intermediary partners.”
