Virgin Money has made a number of reductions to rates across its residential and BTL mortgage ranges, as well as a number of product introductions.

Virgin Money has made a number of reductions to rates across its residential and buy-to-let (BTL) mortgage ranges, as well as a number of product introductions.

 

Notable reductions for exclusive purchase deals – with £1,000 cashback – include an 85% loan-to-value (LTV) 2-year fix with £1,495 fee reduced to 1.63%, and a 85% LTV 5-year fix with £1,495 fee reduced to 2.11%.

For exclusive BTL, Virgin Money has introduced a 65% LTV 2-year fix with £895 fee launched at 1.46% and a 65% LTV 5-year with £895 fee launched at 1.67%.

Meanwhile, for greener shared ownership, the lender has added a 90% LTV 2-year fix with £995 fee launched at 2.24%.

For core residential, the 95% LTV 2-year fixed fee-saver is available at 3.12%, the 90% LTV 5-year fix with £995 fee is available at 2.62%, the 85% LTV 2-year fix fee-saver is available at 1.89% and the 85% LTV 5-year fix fee-saver is available at 2.29%.

Additionally, for core BTL, the 75% LTV 2-year fix with £1,995 fee is now available at 1.35%.
