OSB Group names heads of bridging and commercial lending

OSB Group has announced leadership changes within its sales teams to enhance support for brokers in its bridging and commercial lending divisions, addressing rising demand in these areas.

Alan Kimber (pictured right) has been promoted to head of bridging at Precise Mortgages, where he will lead a team focused on assisting brokers and their clients with short-term lending solutions. Kimber, who has been with OSB Group since 2012, said he looks to help brokers navigate challenges, particularly those new to the market.

In a parallel move, Marc Callaghan (pictured left) has been named head of commercial lending. He will also continue to oversee client needs at InterBay, addressing a range of complex commercial requirements. With over 20 years of experience in financial services, Callaghan said he and his team plan to deliver a tailored approach to support brokers operating in the specialised sector.

“I’ve worked with Alan and Marc for a number of years, and their dedication to delivering excellent service to our broker partners has been exceptional,” said Adrian Moloney, intermediary sales director at OSB Group. “I’m delighted to recognise their efforts with these promotions and look forward to collaborating with them on new initiatives for 2025.”

Rob Jupp, chief executive of Brightstar Financial also welcome the promotions of Kimber and Callaghan.

“Their experience and knowledge of the specialist market has certainly helped us with some tricky cases over the years,” Jupp said. “Their ultimate focus on customer satisfaction and going the extra mile makes such a positive impact and I wish them every success in their new roles.”

OSB Group is a specialist lender, primarily focused on selected subsegments of the mortgage market, with lending brands that include Precise Mortgages, Kent Reliance for Intermediaries, and InterBay.
