Alternative Bridging boosts case management team

Alternative Bridging Corporation has reinforced its case management team with the recruitment of Katherine Partridge (pictured).

The bridging lender’s new case manager has more than eight years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing and a strong track record portfolio management. She joins Alternative Bridging to support brokers in securing property finance products for their clients.

Alternative Bridging provides flexible first and second charge bridging loans secured on commercial and residential properties and property developments.

Commenting on her appointment, Partridge said she was delighted to join such an established firm.

“The fact that it has been in the market for 30 years and continues to grow its reputation, as well as its lending, proves that it does things in a successful way,” she said. “I’m looking forward to supporting brokers with their cases.”

Jonathan Rubins, director at Alternative Bridging Corporation, said they were pleased that Partridge had joined the lender’s growing service function.

In her previous role, she proved she could deal with managing multiple tasks at once, which will be vital at Alternative Bridging, where we have a constant stream of bridging and commercial finance cases in progress at any one time, and a commitment to consistently delivering outstanding service,” he added.

Last September, Alternative Bridging announced the expansion of its office by more than 50% to accommodate a larger team and provide room for further expansion. It promoted one of its business development managers last month to the role of head of sales for its northern division.
