Smartr365 renews tech partnership with L&G Mortgage Club

Customer relationship management (CRM) platform Smartr365 has renewed its partnership with Legal & General Mortgage Club, allowing the latter’s members extended access to two commercial packages that blend Smartr365’s CRM capabilities with the research and sourcing tools of Legal & General Ignite.

The offer is also extended to broker firms not currently affiliated with Legal & General Mortgage Club, provided they meet certain criteria.

Smartr365’s platform is designed to enhance the efficiency of mortgage and protection advisers by streamlining case management, facilitating the submission of applications, and enabling performance analysis to drive business growth.

Legal & General Ignite adds to this by offering an integrated solution that includes an affordability calculator, client criteria, product sourcing, and property checks, aimed at expediting the advisory process.

Clare Beardmore (pictured right), director of distribution and mortgage club at Legal & General Mortgage Services, highlighted the importance of providing advisers with cutting-edge technology to manage the increasing demands of the mortgage market and reduce administrative tasks.

“By combining the very best aspects of our sourcing, research, and CRM capabilities, Legal & General Mortgage Club members will benefit from a very comprehensive digital offering that supports both mortgage and protection applications,” Beardmore said. “Our tech offering is evolving constantly, and we look forward to developing it further throughout the year.”

Conor Murphy (pictured left), chief executive and founder of Smartr365, emphasised the company’s mission to modernise the mortgage industry’s approach to business through technological advancement.

“Smartr365 was founded to evolve the way that the mortgage industry conducts business, and our renewed partnership with Legal & General Mortgage Services is testament to this,” he said. “The mortgage industry has long dragged its feet with tech adoption, but we’re hoping to fast track its journey to digitisation, and ensure it avoids missing out on the efficiency gains at stake. We look forward to the next stage of our partnership with Legal & General Mortgage Services and our other valued partners.”
