Bridging and development lender Roma Finance has appointed Nathan Kenny (pictured) as data and technology director.

Kenny joins Roma from Tandem Bank, where he was head of data. With an impressive career in data and technology spanning two decades, he is expected to advance Roma’s data, systems, and CRM strategy in line with the business’ growth and development objectives.

“I am extremely excited to have Nathan on board,” stated Scott Marshall, managing director and founder of Roma Finance. “His skills, experience, and vision will propel Roma to the next level in our journey.”

Roma, which refreshed its branding last month, said that it continued to grow at a rapid rate and that Kenny’s expertise would strengthen Roma’s ability to provide best in class service.

“Roma is agile and has a philosophy for continuous learning, meaning we are ahead of the needs of our borrowers. I am certain Nathan will fit in perfectly with our talented team,” Marshall added.

Commenting on his appointment, Kenny said he had been aware of Roma since 2015 and had been watching its advancements in the marketplace.

“Roma’s trajectory over the past few years has been impressive,” he remarked. “I am delighted to be a part of the ambitious growth plans.”
