Customer relationship management (CRM) provider One Mortgage System (OMS) has announced that it has been selected by Positive Lending as the specialist packager’s primary tech provider.

The partnership will provide Positive Lending with access to OMS’s product sourcing, CRM system, and full workflow solution. It further extends OMS’s coverage across the intermediary market and underlines growing demand for an all-encompassing CRM system, among other tech enhancements.

OMS is an end-to-end CRM system which covers product areas such as residential, buy-to-let, second charge, equity release, bridging, commercial plus general insurance, and protection. In 2022, OMS processed 42,000 applications worth £9.3 billion and has amassed over 12,000 registered users in the last four years.

Positive Lending, one of the leading specialist packagers in the UK, joined the Equity Release Council in November 2022 and further expanded its offering with a range of products tailored for the over-55s.
