One Mortgage System improves GI user experience with Source Insurance integration

One Mortgage Systems (OMS), the single-input enquiry to completion processing platform for brokers, has released a full application programming integration with Source Insurance with the aim of enhancing its users’ general insurance experience.

The integration will see OMS users accessing the Source Insurance whole-of-market quotation platform “quickly and easily without having to leave the system or rekey any data,” OMS said.

Source Insurance has supported advisers with its general insurance business acquisition for over 30 years, providing customer service, insurance products, and general insurance systems.

OMS is an end-to-end platform covering product areas like residential, buy-to-let, second charge, equity release, bridging, commercial plus general insurance, and protection.

The platform is also integrated with providers like Ignite, Submissions Brain, iPipeline, Experian, Equifax, Air Sourcing, and Knowledge Bank. The aim is to provide users with best in class for product sourcing, protection sourcing, and criteria searching.

OMS’ integration with Source Insurance is another “positive string to the bow of users” looking to improve their ancillary options with “leading players in their respective fields,” said Neal Jannels (pictured), managing director of the company.

“The provision of a strong general insurance offering is vital for advisers when it comes to offering a more rounded approach and helping to protect a wider array of client needs,” Jannels added.

Source Insurance National Sales Manager Gavin Judd also commented on the announcement, saying integration with partners like OMS are important as the company continues to build its momentum into 2024.

“We are delighted to be able to offer further system related improvements and simplicity to our users as a result of this partnership,” Judd said.
