OMS links up with Movin Legal

One Mortgage System (OMS), a processing platform for mortgage intermediaries, has partnered with Movin Legal to offer its users simplified access to an additional conveyancing option.

The link-up between the OMS platform and Movin Legal’s conveyancing comparison search engine will allow OMS users to refer their clients to a selected panel of law firms for either conveyancing, wills, trusts, and probate.

Movin Legal provides a conveyancing source and quote platform to progress introducer clients through the mortgage process.

OMS, launched in 2017, is a customer relationship management system, covering product areas such as residential, buy-to-let, second charge, equity release, bridging, commercial, plus general insurance and protection. It has already integrated with six platforms – Iress, Twenty7Tec, iPipeline, Submissions Brain, SmartrFit and Knowledge Bank – to provide product sourcing, protection sourcing, and criteria searching to users.

It was awarded the Best Product or Digital Innovation award at the SFI Awards 2022.

OMS has also recently partnered with valuation and automation solutions provider Hometrack

“We are always looking to work with partners who have a proven track record, a unique, high quality service, and can quickly adapt to ever-changing market dynamics,” Neal Jannels (pictured), managing director of One Mortgage System, said.

“Movin Legal is a great example of such a partner, and we are looking forward to working closely with the team to help better support the legal needs of all our users and their clients.”

Emma Hall, key relationships director at Movin Legal, added that she was excited about the future of One Mortgage System and Movin Legal working together.

“I see huge opportunities and significant benefits for all introducers improving operating efficiency with all partners, and at the same time, providing their clients with an improved experience,” Hall remarked.
