To provide its broker users more search capabilities on its processing platform, One Mortgage System (OMS) has integrated with the EPC register and Companies House.

The EPC register integration provides users with the ability to search EPC records, while the Companies House integration allows users to search by name or registration number to retrieve all available company details from the Companies House database.

This pair of integrations follows a series of new platform updates from OMS aimed at improving user experience, including a Lead Gen API to include more information around the applicant’s current mortgage, marketing preferences, additional security properties and notes.

“The EPC register integration, in particular, is one which has quickly blazed a trail up our system enhancement agenda,” Neal Jannels (pictured), managing director of One Mortgage System, said. “Its swift implementation demonstrates how reactive we can be as a business to ensure that we can service the ever-shifting demands of our users.

“With a growing number of green mortgage options emerging across the residential and BTL markets, this is certainly an area which will continue to rise in prominence for lenders, intermediary firms, and borrowers heading into 2023.”

OMS, launched in 2017, is a customer relationship management system, covering product areas such as residential, buy-to-let, second charge, equity release, bridging, commercial, plus general insurance and protection. It has already integrated with six platforms – Iress, Twenty7Tec, iPipeline, Submissions Brain, SmartrFit and Knowledge Bank – to provide product sourcing, protection sourcing, and criteria searching to users.

It was awarded the Best Product or Digital Innovation award in the SFI Awards 2022.

OMS has also recently partnered with valuation and automation solutions provider Hometrack and conveyancing source and quote platform Movin Legal.
