You Tube fame for Mortgage Brain

Mortgage Brain made the videos at its broker training days, which have been held at sporting venues across the country and attracted over 650 brokers.

Tony Pomphret, a broker from Positive Solutions who attended the London day at Emirates stadium earlier this year, said the new Mortgage Brain system was worth spending extra on because of the time saved avoiding double entry and using separate systems to source mortgages and key in client information.

He said: “I’ve just taken on Mortgage Brain and wanted a system that was completely integrated. We used TrigoldCrystal before because we get it free, but even though I have to pay for Mortgage Brain, it will be a saving in the long run.”

Broker Anthony Wood from Ideal Mortgages, said: “The new system from Mortgage Brain looks superb. Its multi-function capability is second to none and will allow us to take full control of the overall care of our client’s financial needs.”

Mark Lofthouse, Mortgage Brain chief executive said the events were a success and he encouraged brokers to view their peers’ feedback on the system on You Tube.

He said: “We were delighted to see so many brokers at the national launch events and even more pleased with their comments and feedback on the new system. We also had the opportunity to talk to them about the current mortgage market and the general mood amongst them is that they’re feeling cautiously optimistic about the future, which is particularly encouraging.”

Lofthouse also features on the You Tube videos and can be seen talking about the launch events held by the firm across the country at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WpvGXlMZsmo&feature=related.

Barclays intermediary business director David Finlay also makes his You Tube debut as part of the series talking about opportunities in mortgage market for brokers. View Finlay at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7COE0ZbPgYA.

The new Mortgage Brain system is designed to be used both offline and online. From one screen, intermediaries using the system can now conduct around 90% of the mortgage search and selection process, conduct multiple client specific searches and generate personalised best buy tables.
