xit2 appoints operations director

The Valuation Exchange developed by xit2 is able to streamline the valuation instruction process, and can halve the time taken to instruct a valuation. This time saving is sustained throughout the process and offers a tangible benefit to intermediaries who regularly receive pressure from clients on items affecting the speed of the mortgage offer, which are out of their control.

After management training with EMI, Andrew moved into the repossessions market. Since joining xit2 in 1993, Andrew has risen up through the ranks taking on more responsibility as the company grew and developed. At xit2 Andrew is responsible for meeting the operational requirements of lenders and valuers, responsibility for the service centre and co-ordinating the introduction of website design and development.

Paul Duckworth, managing director – xit2 said:

“At the February board meeting, we formally invited Andrew Bradbury to become a director of the Valuation Exchange in recognition of the enormous contribution he has made to the company over recent years. I am delighted that Andrew accepted this offer and his appointment begins with immediate effect. Andrew’s role will be pivotal in ensuring that our systems and ongoing development remains marketing leading. The entire company is delighted that Andrew will be taking on this new challenges that this promotion brings.“

Andrew Bradbury, operations director – The Valuation Exchange said:

“I am very honoured by this appointment which I think reflects the exceptional work of the entire operations team and not just my individual effort. These are very exciting times for The Valuation Exchange and we remain focused on delivering cost and time benefits for all companies involved in the valuation process.”
