Willow Private Finance appoints senior broker role

Independent brokerage Willow Private Finance has appointed David Habib (pictured) as senior high net worth mortgage broker, to further boost its position in the London market.

Habib, who has over 19 years of experience in the mortgage industry, has worked with several UK brokerages, including Knight Frank - Kensington, Enness Global Mortgages, John Charcol, and Countrywide.

With his extensive lender network, he has provided tailored financial products and services for residential, buy-to-let, bridging, commercial, and development properties, as well as life assurance recommendations.

His expertise spans from complex mortgages and trust structure, lending to specialist lending for international clients. With a strong focus on building relationships with banks, lenders, and property specialists, he has handled property finance deals up to £25 million, including a trophy property in Belgravia.

At Willow Private Finance, Habib will be responsible for expanding the firm’s reach and services to high net worth (HNW) and ultra high net worth (UHNW) clients in the UK and abroad.

“David excels in catering to UK, foreign national, HNW, and UHNW clients, designing and tailoring property lending solutions to meet individual criteria,” commented Lee Johnson, director at Willow Private Finance. “With the addition of David Habib to the team, Willow Private Finance is well-positioned to continue providing exceptional service and customised solutions to its growing client base.”
