The providers are Norwich Union, Scottish Provident, Standard Life and BUPA.
The companies will be able to quote and apply from June and will join Friends Provident, Legal & General, Liverpool Victoria and Scottish Equitable, who were the first to go live on Webline’s PTA service when it was launched on 6 April.
Paul Holland, chairman of Webline, said: “We are delighted to welcome four further providers onto our PTA service. Webline was the only portal with a PTA service that actually went live on A-Day in support of these new tax-efficient products. The response from independent financial advisors (IFAs) and general insurance intermediaries alike suggests we are supplying a service that people have genuinely needed."
