Field will be responsible for developing the business through maintaining and strengthening relationships with Unity’s distributors.
Field joins Unity from All Types of Mortgages (AToM) where he was sales manager. During his four years at AToM, Rob helped to develop the sales team of one of the UK’s leading packagers.
Field has more than 15 years experience in the mortgage industry, on both the underwriting and sales side. He began his career at Chelsea Building Society before moving on to Mortgage Trust, First Active and Britannic Money where he was a senior underwriter.
