Allardyce joins from his role as principal shareholder and director of mortgage broker Linear Financial Services. Prior to that, Mike was at Mortgages Direct, where he was financial services director and his career also includes a board level role at estate agency Spicer Haart and responsibility for field sales in the life and mortgages division of Winterthur.

One of my first tasks is to recruit two high-end regional sales managers to ensure that our clients and prospective customers in all areas of the country are confident in the knowledge that we can deliver a truly class-leading AVM service.”
