TSB makes product and rate changes

TSB has announced a number of changes to its residential, buy-to-let, product transfer, and additional borrowing ranges.

Under its residential product range, the lender has introduced two-year fixed first-time buyer and house purchase products; and five-year fixed first-time buyer, house purchase and remortgage products. The rates of its 10-year fixed first-time buyer, house purchase and remortgage products were increased by 1.15%.

For buy-to-let, the two- and five-year fixed house purchase and remortgage rates were raised by up to 1.60%.

On its product transfer range, TSB has withdrawn its residential and buy-to-let two- and five-year fixed £995 fee products, as well as its residential 10-year fixed £995 fee products. Its residential and buy-to-let fixed rates were increased by up to 1.20%.

Under the lender’s additional borrowing range, residential and buy-to-let two- and five-year fixed rates were hiked by up to 1.20%, while buy-to-let two-year tracker rates were reduced by up to 0.15%.
