TSB has reduced rates across its residential and buy-to-let mortgage ranges.

Notable cuts include the 60% LTV 10-year fix reduced from 2.54% to 2.44%. This deal is for residential house purchase and includes ERCs for five years.

Looking at remortgages, the 60% LTV 2-year fix has been slashed from 1.49% to 1.39%, and the 60% LTV 3-year fix has been cut from 1.84% to 1.79%.

The former deal includes a £995 fee and £300 cashback, while the latter offering has no fees and free legals.

Within the buy-to-let range, the 60% LTV 5-year fix has been cut from 2.04% to 1.79%, and the 75% LTV 5-year fix has been reduced from 2.29% to 2.09%. Both products include a £1,995 fee.

Furthermore, the lender has introduced a series of products including a 75% LTV five-year fix at 3.34%, and a 75% LTV 10-year fix at 3.34% for remortgage only.

The former deal is for house purchase and both offerings include no fees.
