TSB announces more rate cuts

Mortgage lender TSB has announced changes to its residential, buy-to-let, product transfer, and additional borrowing ranges, effective Friday, December 23.

Under the residential range, rates on a two-year fixed house purchase at 0 to 95% loan-to-value (LTV) with a £0 fee have been reduced by up to 1.40%, while rates on a two-year fixed remortgage at 0 to 90% LTV with a £0 fee have been cut by up to 1.10%.

The two-year fixed buy-to-let for house purchase and remortgage at 0 to 75% LTV with £0 fee has had its rates slashed by 0.60%. 

For product transfer, rates on the two-year fixed buy-to-let at 0 to 75% LTV with a £0 fee were reduced by up to 0.60%, while the two-year fixed residential at 0 to 90% LTV with a £0 fee had rates cut by up to 1.10%. 

Under additional borrowing, rates on the two-year fixed buy-to-let at 0 to 75% LTV with a £0 fee were reduced by up to 0.60%, while the lender also cut rates on the two-year fixed residential at 0 to 80% LTV with a £0 fee by up to 1.10%
