The TCF info website was launched by the TCF Info Forum in June 2006, to offer intermediaries free practical guidance on meeting their responsibilities under the FSA’s principle of Treating Customers Fairly. The Forum has 23 Lenders and is supported by the CML
The site addresses the two main concerns raised by brokers in relation to TCF namely; what they need to do on a day to day basis to implement TCF, and how can they show that they’re treating customers fairly.
Brokers can access the TCF Info website via the TCF page on the Trigold website.
