Trigold founder launches back-office software system

The software, called ‘The Key’, allows a company’s head office to monitor its salesforce regardless of where they are working from. It also provides compliance and management information in real-time.

Heigho explained: “It is a fully integrated network system that ties everything together and opens the locks to everything else.”

Julie Hamilton, operations director for packager Amity Direct, said: “Apart from revolutionising our ability to manage applications in real-time it fulfils all FSA requirements to take us into the regulatory future.”

Richard Griffiths, managing director of Network Data, commented: “This is a strange time to release a new software product. A lot of companies will not want to alter their systems in the run-up to ‘Mortgage Day.’”

The system claims to be able to integrate successfully with all the major sourcing systems though none had heard of it when contacted.

Nick Berry, business development manager for First Software, questioned whether a reliable client management system could be developed in only 8 months. He said: “Our system has over ten years of development behind it, new systems invariably have loads of problems that need ironing out.”

Berry added that First Software had 10,000 licensed products in the marketplace.
