TMC buy-to-let seminar turnout 'highest in UK'

A record 600 financial investors attended The Money Centre’s Birmingham ‘Making a Success of Property Investment’ seminar on 7th March, to find out how they could make a potential £31,364 in a year through sensible buy-to-let investment.

Latest figures have shown a property in the West Midlands valued at £111,418 in January 2005 is currently worth £135,248 in today’s market. And landlords who have let a property of that value over the last twelve months have raised £7,534 rental income, and so in just one year, have made £31,364 profit through their buy-to-let investment.

And that’s why over 600 people from Birmingham registered for The Money Centre’s seminar last week. This is a record attendance figure for a Money Centre seminar, with the previous largest seminar audience reaching 250.

Mark Alexander, managing director of The Money Centre, who led the day’s events, commented: “We were thrilled to have such an impressive turnout at the Birmingham seminar, with over 600 people in attendance. The West Midlands is one of the most thriving areas for buy-to-let investment, so it was great to meet so many portfolio landlords as well as people interested in getting started in property investment in this booming part of the UK. Our next seminar takes us to Croydon where we have already exceeded capacity for the two daytime seminars and are now hosting an evening event to ensure we can accommodate everyone.”
