Thinc Destini reveals future plans

Simon Chamberlain, group chief executive of Thinc Destini, announced the launch of new business propositions and innovations including TD-TV.

Introducing TD-TV Gregg Taylor, chief marketing officer, was sure the dedicated channel would benefit brokers.

He said: “TD-TV allows advisers to find out instantly what is going on in the company and any announcement that we have, such as products. We can set up and launch via the channel within 24 hours, straight onto advisers’ computers.”

Thinc Destini’s conference also highlighted its exclusive arrangement with Mysalepack.com, an acquisition that is currently paving the way for the imminent arrival of Home Information Packs (HIPs). Thinc Destini said its exclusive arrangement with the firm means that until January 2006 it will be the only provider of the HIPs pack.

Mysalespack.com provides clients with a ‘buy now pay later’ policy, giving house sellers six months to find a buyer for their property. After this time, if the house has not been sold, the owners will pay the HIPs fee. It is widely hoped that this package will be popular for Mysalepack.com and Thinc Destini as it saves house sellers paying the initial HIP fee.

Simon Chamberlain, group chief executive at Thinc Destini, said: “This inaugural conference has clearly set the scene both internally and externally for the future of Thinc Destini.”

Other announcements at the conference, held in Newport, Wales, covered improvements to the Thinc Destini website including Thinccars.com – a car purchase service.
