The Money Centre and Property Intellect launch electronic loan portfolio review system

Property Intellect users are now able to review their entire borrowing and asset portfolio and send this information instantly to The Money Centre where it can be reviewed in the context of the client’s overall borrowing requirements rather than ‘piecemeal’ as is current normal practice.

Lynsey Scrivener, Head of Marketing, noted: “Reviewing a whole portfolio of loans means that we can often suggest ways of structuring the borrowing that makes more sense, and can often save clients significant amounts of money. We used to have to build this information loan by loan, but the whole process is now significantly quicker and easier for both the client and us.”

There is no charge for using the loan review service and clients may send updated information at any time.

The new software was launched at the recent Property Investor Show North 2004, and there is a free trial download on the Property Intellect website (www.propertyintellect.com)

Philip Barton, Managing Director of Wild Rabbit Software, commented: “We are delighted to be able to offer our users access to expert help with their financing. The process is extremely simple and clients can view all their personal loans, mortgages and any other debt on a per-property basis. The full power of portfolio management comes to full use here, allowing clients to view their outstanding debt by region, price, owner, etc. They can then get a free expert opinion on their financing arrangements at any time, courtesy of The Money Centre. It was important to us at the outset that the service was simple to use and absolutely free of charge.”
