Meeks has extensive experience in the financial sector having held numerous roles since 1979.
For the past four years he has been chief operating officer of The Home and Savings Bank and prior to that he was a subsidiary managing director for the Skipton Building Society Group.

From 2006 to 2008 Meeks was chief executive of the mortgage and insurance distribution network, Pink Home Loans Group.
He has also had senior management roles at Crusader Insurance and Abbey National Building Society.
Mr Meeks has occupied numerous non-executive director positions and is both an established commentator in the mortgage trade press and a popular speaker at industry conferences.
