Innes will report to Eddy Reynolds, head of adviser and investment proposition and joins from Threesixty Services where he was head of consulting and M & A support.
Innes' main role will be to help adviser firms grow and add value, while reducing cost and risk in their business.

 Brand and communication support, including marketing
 Client management
 Operations management
 Financial management
 Risk and regulatory management
 People and talent management
