The Society is launching :
- a 3 Year Stepped Discount Fees Free mortgage starting with an initial pay rate of 2.99% and the option of £250 cashback or the Society’s Fast Track Free Legals service;
- two 2 Year Base rate tracker mortgages with initial pay rates starting as low as 3.50%;
- a 6% Cashback mortgage at the Society’s SVR with a free mortgage valuation and a tie-in to just the 4th anniversary of the loan;
- two 3 year Buy To Let discount rate mortgages for 75% LTV remortgage cases at a discount of 1% off the Society’s SVR with the option of either cashback or a free valuation and free legals.
Apart from the Buy to Let mortgages, these mortgages are available to all types of borrowers whether first time buyer, home mover or those just wishing to remortgage.
