Emma joins the Society from Linear Financial Services in Stafford where she was a mortgage broker. Previous to this, she was a mortgage advisor at Alliance and Leicester.
Emma’s new role will see her reviewing all member services, carrying out mortgage interviews and overseeing marketing initiatives. She said: “I’ve joined Stafford Railway due to its excellent reputation both locally and in the industry. I’m excited to be taking up a new role with new challenges, working with a highly experienced and friendly team.”
Mike Heenan, chief executive of Stafford Railway Building Society, said: “Emma brings a wealth of experience to the Society having worked in the mortgage sector for more than seven years. She will be working on a range of exciting initiatives and I’m delighted to welcome her to the team.”
Stafford Railway Building Society is 132 years old and recorded pre tax profits of more than £1 million at this year’s Annual General Meeting.
