SPML's Prime mortgage range to quadruple targeted sales in 2003

The year’s sales target of £115 million of completions was reached within the first four months, and sales are likely to achieve four times the target by SPML’S 2002/3 year end (30 Nov).

John Prust, SPML’s sales and marketing director, said “The success story of our Prime product really establishes SPML as a one-stop lender covering the whole credit spectrum. The Prime mortgage range was developed as a response to our packagers requesting it, as they wished to benefit from SPML’s high service levels with their prime as well as their non-conforming cases. The high level of sales proves that we launched into a healthy market for ‘all status’ lending, which continues to gain strength”.
