SPML unveils website design

The site now offers a real-time online case tracking facility which will allow registered users to obtain up-to-date information on the progress of their clients’ mortgage applications. Other added benefits include a redesigned navigation tool making it easier to move around the site and a secure area to access SPML’s lending criteria. A sales contact finder is included, where users can input their postcode to find the name and contact details of the account manager that looks after their area, and an online stationery order form is available which will automatically generate an email request to be processed. There is a dedicated borrower section for SPML’s mortgage customers, and details of current job vacancies at SPML’s London and High Wycombe offices and in other UK regions are also available from the site.

SPML’s sales and marketing director, John Prust, said “Research among our packagers has shown that a real-time online case tracking facility is their most important requirement from lender websites, so we are very pleased that this facility is now available from SPML’s new site.
