Spicerhaart appoints Apprentice finalist

The role, which is new to the two companies, will have a focus on proactively sourcing new business and expanding their client bases, as well as setting out strategies for business development.

As well as many years’ involvement in the property sector, Kristina has a wealth of business development experience. After appearing in series three of BBC One’s The Apprentice in 2007, where she was one of the two contestants to reach the final, Kristina worked at developer Dandara as investment sales director until July 2008. Kristina has acted as a sales and business development consultant for companies across numerous industries including property, legal, finance, and manufacturing and, for the last three years, has been a keynote speaker at conferences and events throughout the UK and Ireland.

Grimes commented:“I am thrilled to have joined the team at Spicerhaart Corporate Sales and MustbeSold.com. I am looking forward to drawing on my background in both property and business consultancy to contribute to the ongoing, successful development of the companies."

Mark Pilling, managing director of Spicerhaart Corporate Sales, added: “We are delighted to have Kristina on board and have no doubt that she will be a major asset to the team, helping to expand Spicerhaart Corporate Sales’ and MustbeSold.com’s client bases and taking the companies from strength to strength."
