The new deal, which is available on all Scottish residential freehold feudal property worth up to £1m, is priced at £469.

The Sort Refer online portal has three Scottish suppliers, Dunfermline-based Your Conveyancer and two new suppliers in Strefford Tulips and NCG.
Strefford Tulips is a Hamilton-based specialist residential and commercial property solicitors’ practice with three partners and 35 staff, while NCG, based in Partick, near Glasgow, specialises in residential property conveyancing.
