Smart Money has appointed Hannah Joyce as an underwriter in its regulated second charge team.
The master broker achieved record levels of new business in October and November, while it plans to develop relationships with more networks and provide further support to directly authorised firms in 2016.
Joyce developed her underwriting skills at Weaver Finance and LoanOptions before joining V Loans as an underwriter in 2009.
