Highlights from the refreshed range include a 2-year variable rate at 1.98% up to 75% LTV and a 3.89% 2-year variable rate up to 90% both with a £195 application fee and a £800 completion fee.
Rate cuts to the 2-year tracker range include a 2.48% rate up to 80% LTV and a 3.99% rate up to 90% LTV with a £195 application fee and a £800 completion fee.
The new product range will replace the current equivalents and all residential variable rates have now been withdrawn.
