SGL based at Fairbairn, Rohais, St Peter Port, has been present in the island's investment market since 1995, but it was only in October 2002 that it entered the mortgage market. Manager Nigel Pascoe leads the dedicated lending team made up of assistant manager Jo Walker and customer advisers Jean Whalley and Liz Guilbert. The employees of the company as a whole have over 200 years' experience in financial services and to date have completed over £30,000,000 in mortgage business since acquiring the mortgage book last year.
