Sesame Bankhall Group (SBG) has partnered with Eligible.ai to give PMS Mortgage Club and Sesame Network members access to an automated relationship management tool for their mortgage clients.

SBG’s strategic partnership with Eligible.ai will see PMS Mortgage Club and Sesame Network offer the solution to their members on the best terms available in the market.

The Eligible.ai solution will be made available immediately to directly authorised members of PMS at a discounted rate, while Sesame will fully fund the cost of the service for its appointed representatives as part of their network package, when it is rolled-out to member firms over the summer.

The automated client engagement solution has been designed to help advisers maintain and enhance all their existing client relationships. It claims to replace the traditional one-size-fits-all approach to client communications by giving advisers the ability to personalise every interaction throughout the life of the product.

SBG said the new partnership is part of its strategy to offer innovative new services that help its member firms run more efficient businesses and deliver an improved customer experience. It follows the announcement earlier this year of new customer relationship management system offerings for its PMS Mortgage Club and Sesame Network members.

“Data suggests that around half of all intermediary clients are lost at product maturity, due in part to limited client contact between mortgage completion and deal expiry,” Alex Beavis, proposition director of mortgages and later life at Sesame Bankhall Group, said.

“As a group that supports thousands of UK mortgage firms, we are committed to helping advisers to continually improve their client engagement. Our new partnership with Eligible.ai helps us do just that. The breadth and depth of the proposition enables advisers to deliver a personalised experience that over time builds loyalty and advocacy, ultimately leading to high levels of client retention and good outcomes.”

Zahra Hassan, co-founder of Eligible, said they were pleased with the deal.

“SBG is committed to ensuring their members have access to the best tools out there to future proof their businesses. We look forward to getting to know many new firms and supporting them through this invaluable partnership,” Hassan stated.
