Select & Protect reveal the ideal solution for total FSA compliance

The online trading platform known as S2, is available free to all Select & Protect brokers and offers a range of home insurance products to meet the needs of a wide range of customers, underwritten by some of the largest UK insurers; Norwich Union, Allianz and Zurich. The software boasts simple navigation, full flexibility and exclusive product offerings, whilst supporting FSA standards.

The inbuilt compliance function of S2 automatically generates a Demands & Needs statement in the background based on the selections made within the quote process. Further items can then be added in a way that the user may be sure that the Demands & Needs statement will always support the product being sold. Any particularly unusual customer demands can be entered in a free-text field and the submission will then refer to Select & Protect who will check the recommendation, contacting the customer if necessary.

Other FSA requirements for disclosure and information in documentation is also prepared and stored within the system at the end of the sales process, and this can then be saved to the brokers own back office CRM system. To add further flexibility, brokers have the option of producing a separate quote, policy summary should they wish, flexibly supporting a fully compliant sales process.
