Mark Davies joins as finance director from the Spicer Haart Group. Previously, Davies has worked in the financial services industry for GMAC-RFC, KPMG and Standard and Poor’s where he assisted in the introduction of the Servicer Rating Process in the UK. Prior to that, Davies was managing director of Guardian Mortgage Services, ultimately selling the operation on behalf of Axa to Crown Northcorp, which then became Crown Mortgage Management,
Nick Ralph becomes head of capital markets. A chartered management accountant, Ralph joins from Kensington Mortgages and will lead Rooftop’s securitisation and portfolio sales.
Helen Kleier takes up the newly created position of product development manager. Previously with Kensington Mortgages Kleier will be responsible for product development and sourcing systems at Rooftop.
Mary Sung joins as marketing manager. Sung was formerly Product Development Manager at GE Money Home Lending and Mortgage Express and has over 10 years experience in financial services.
