Nick Baldwin, the CEO, led the process and the team concluded the buy-out from founders and owners, Laurie Tomei and Phil Erwin, who will continue to hold minority shareholdings.
Network Data announces 650 ARs
Network Data has announced it has signed up over 650 appointed representatives (ARs).
Richard Griffiths, managing director of Network Data, comments: “The news last week of the demise of Network 300 should, I am sure, indicate to brokers the importance of joining larger networks rather than some of the smaller networks out there.”
House prices fall
The average property price in the UK has fallen for the fourth consecutive month according to figures released by the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA).
House prices were on average 1.6 per cent lower than the previous month. The annual increase in house prices was down to 7.95 per cent.
