Reason for call centre is black & white

The £500,000 new building has been designed to support the latest sales and administration technology used by theblack&whitemortgagecompany.

More than 80 call centre staff work on the system generating 1,500-1,700 sales leads a week. The company has already grown out of the centre it built in February 2001 and a third phase of the building, designed to house additional mortgage processing and completion teams and staff facilities has already started.
