Rayner Personnel forms financial services division

Property recruitment firm Rayner Personnel has announced the creation of a financial services division, in response to growing demand for specialised talent acquisition in the financial services industry.

Aiming to replicate its success in the real estate and lettings sectors in financial services recruitment, Rayner Personnel has appointed as the head of its newly established division Daniel Clow (pictured right, with group managing director Russell Jervis).

Clow has an extensive background in financial services and is expected to bring a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role.

“We are thrilled to welcome Daniel Clow to our team as the head of our new financial services division,” said Josh Rayner, chief executive at Rayner Personnel. “With his leadership, we are confident that we can leverage our existing success and take our financial services recruitment division to the next level.

“Our goal is to be the total talent partner for both job seekers and employers in the financial services industry.”

Commenting on his appointment, Clow said he could not be more excited to get going with Rayner Personnel.

“With a couple of big contracts agreed already and countless candidates asking for help with their dream move, I have no doubt we will be able to be the ‘total talent partner’ in the financial services world,” he added.

Rayner Personnel’s financial services division will launch with a team of five recruiters – all with financial services backgrounds and each bringing their own unique expertise to the table. As the division kicks off, it already boasts over 100 live job roles.
