Progress report

I’m very pleased to say the matter has now been resolved, and I would like to offer my thanks to everyone at Mortgage Express who assisted in getting the matter sorted. All banks, as we are aware, make mistakes (in this case, Mortgage Express probably made more than usual), but not all of them are good at putting things right, and I must say, once the correct people got involved, Mortgage Express was very efficient in coming to a satisfactory solution.

I try not to judge a bank by what it does wrong, but by how it puts things right, and I am happy to say my faith in Mortgage Express has been restored.
